The Polenta Friulana
Polenta, usually yellow in color, the symbol of our Friuli, accompanies musetto, grilled meats or spicy stews and game. Simple and tasty recipes are the passion of those who want to experience the mountains even for lunch or dinner!

Following the grandfather Toni’s receipts, we still prepare them with the same care and attention to the ingredients proportions. The meat comes from our farms’ pigs, which follow a controlled diet with components of regional origin, free of GMOs.
